Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.

 

COMMON SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

1- When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to ask for more information so we can update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be cancelled. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The verification process takes 3-5 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.

2- Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the footer menu.

If you didn’t receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Charge back, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

3- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way

4- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please service@ledlabcave.com and we will fix it for you.

5- TAX?

We don’t have tax nexus in the Rest of World.

6- Verification?

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)

Ledlabcave works hard to ensure that all our products are made to high-quality standards & shipped on time and accurately.

First of all, if you would like to modify your order or claim about product's quality for any reasons and request return/ replacement, please contact Ledlabcave support at service@ledlabcave.com and following our guide.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS?

You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 5 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color change), so we can't support if you want to return item because of color/ size or and modification after that date. After 5 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish making the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). 

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR RETURN?

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

Firstly, customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any cases.

Secondly, each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement item(s) or return for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the product is poor.
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color.

Lastly, since your order is custom made just for you, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT/LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

We guarantee to issue you a free replacement or return in the following situations:

  • The design was poorly made.
  • You received a different size from what you ordered.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the product or the damaged area of the item.

Check our size chart carefully because if your ordered size doesn't fit you, we can't take responsibility.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SWITCHING SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

We offer exchange  smaller or bigger size than the original one of your item(s). In this case, you will only have to pay shipping fee and handling fee, we will notice you about this total fee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Ledlabcave support at service@ledlabcave.com, we’ll make it right.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

A:If customer would like to return the item we only accept return of items if they meet all of following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

After contacting our supports and receive our response, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the address we provided to you.

Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers

You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Most of our orders picked, packed and handed over to the shipping partners within 24-48 hours from the moment we receive them. 

When will I receive my order? (Shipping Times)

Our shipping times are as follows:
USA orders can take between 10-15 business days to arrive.  (Some items can take only within 2 - 4 days.)
UK, Germany, France, Spain orders can take between 10-15 business days to arrive.
Canada, Australia orders can take between 15-25 business days.
Shipments to the rest of the world can take between 12-25 business days.

Where can I get my tracking number? / Why I haven't received any confirmation / further delivery email yet?

Once your package is shipped, we send tracking notifications to the email or phone number that you provide us. You should also get an order confirmation soon after you purchase to the same email address.
If you don't receive an order confirmation:

Please check your spam folder - and mark our emails as "not spam". This should ensure you get the proper notifications going forward.If you paid with PayPal, the email address you used to sign in will receive the order confirmation and all further emails.Please try check it in the Promotion Tab of your mail box.

How do I track my order?

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (applies to all U.S. orders and expedited International orders).

How do I change or cancel my order?

We sincerely hope that you can make sure your shipping address is current, and color, size of the products are exactly what you want before you order. 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have processed, already been packed or shipped, cannot be modified or cancelled. While we aren't able to divert your package to a new address once it's left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!

What Happens If The Item(s) I Received Are Defective/Incorrect?
